Job Description

　　Insight Global is look for a Devops Engineer in the San Jose, CA area.

　　- Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade and enhancements in JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins.

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop and deliver custom templates, workflows using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence)

　　- Work on automating tasks to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve critical incidents, ensuring minimal impact on end-users.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　- 5+ years of Experience with fully automating CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, from code commits to production.

　　- Hands on experience in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket).

　　- Experience working in Windows and Unix/Linux environments, configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet.

　　- Experience with scripting languages: SHELL, POWERSHELL, PYTHON.

　　- Expertise in Debugging and providing solutions and workarounds.

　　- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure.

　　- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure testing strategies.

　　- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

　　- Configure monitoring tools and systems to collect relevant metrics, logs, and traces.

　　- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　- Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as primary goal. - 2+ years of experience in VMware/vSphere/VDI.

　　- Understanding of network protocols server communications.

　　- Experience handling large numbers of diverse systems with configuration management like Puppet, Chef, Ansible.

　　- Experience in Database( SQA, PostgreSQL, Oracle) null
