Data Analyst Responsibilities:
Effectively plan and collaborate with a global team on data driven initiatives to solve complex operational and integrity problems.
Apply quantitative expertise to mine massive amounts of data and extract impactful insights that influence the strategy.
Identify and drive scalable solutions for building infrastructure, dashboards, and models to monitor and improve key performance metrics.
Establish short and long-term goals that will advance the organization's impact through data and analytics.
Communicate data-driven results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Partner with Data Science, Legal, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to manage multiple complex projects and solve problems at scale.
Salary: $176,400.00 to $198,000.00 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Liberal Studies, or a related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 12 months involving the following:
SQL or equivalent
Data visualization tools
Using statistical analysis languages including R or Python
