OBJECTIVES/ PURPOSE OF JOB
The incumbent is responsible for providing customer services to trade customers and handles a large volume of orderings/transactions within a short period at peak hours.
KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handles customer orders received through phone, fax, e-mail or sales team
• Ensure order entries are made accurately in the system for timely delivery
• Be the first-tier support/interface to answer customer enquiries and handles customers' complaint professionally; redirect requests/issues to relevant parties if needed.
• Liaise with Inter Company Distribution Centers and Freight Forwarders on inbound and importation
• Liaise with Warehouse and Customers on order rejection and return.
• Stock replenishment till billing to fulfil Distributor's purchase orders
• Manage customer complaints and log complaints into the complaint system promptly and monitor the closure of complaints.
• Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) compliance and participation in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD)
• Other ad-hoc arrangements as and when required
