　　= Objectives =

　　The position is responsible for Planning and material management in CI. The position, as process expert, is also to coach planners to make sure processes are implemented, ensure the KPI fulfillment with cost control and in compliance with BASF company policies, governmental regulations and Transportation and Distribution Safety (TDS) requirements.

　　= Main Tasks =

　　Planning• Merchandized goods planning for Intermediates Business Unit

　　• Managing supplying plan from 2 oversea sites and BSNJ site

　　• Act as the primary point of contact to Regional Supply Chain Business Unit and Business management for all business steering and planning/execution matters

　　• Responsible for master scheduling and actively involvement in Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process with BSNJ site

　　• Driving improvement in BSNJ on delivery & packaging to better meet customers’ requirement

　　• Intercompany purchasing management

　　• Driving improvement from supplying site on non-quality related non comformances (NCs)

　　• Import feasibility check and cost study for new products introduced to China

　　Process Expert• Act as the country key user for OMP (a production planning software) and Operational Planning & Scheduling (OPR)

　　• Master data maintenance & housekeeping in Operational Planning & Scheduling (OPR)

　　• Hold the ownership as Business Expert (BEx) for OMP OPR

　　Project• Initiate cost optimization & efficiency improvement projects for Intermediates (CIA) China

　　• Single point of contact (SPOC) in BSNJ for OMP OPR project

　　• Actively support OMP OPR project in phases incl. designing, training, roll-out and stabilization

　　= Job Requirements =

　　• Bachelor / further higher education (Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Chemical)

　　• Good communication skills in written and verbal English

　　• Supply Chain Management processes both planning and OTC

　　• Good knowledge of logistic processing like I/E regulations and process etc.
