Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our transport industry team in Broadview, Illinois. The role will be focused on outbound customer service in the capacity of a Scheduling Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients, with the end goal of scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients with a view to schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Use provided scripts and effective communication skills to convey the value proposition of our products and services.

• Accurately record and update client information and scheduling details in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meeting schedules and ensure optimal utilization of their time.

• Address any inquiries or concerns raised by prospective clients with exceptional customer service.

• Continually identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in the scheduling process.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the transport industry

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong skills in data entry and order entry

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in scheduling appointments efficiently

• Proven track record in inside sales

• Ability to provide high-quality customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner

• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to team goals
