About Customer Service Representative

　　Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made,industrial cutting tools, is seeking a full-time Customer ServiceRepresentative to join our team. The hours for this position will be8:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer an excellent benefitpackage, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) including both acompany base and matching contribution, paid holidays and vacation,long-term disability, short term disability benefits and life insuranceThe candidate must respond to customer telephone and written inquiriesregarding placement of orders, status, returns, complaints, andadjustments. Requirements of this position are: - Previous customerservice experience in an office environment - Excellent customer serviceskills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel)
