　　What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

　　 Greeting clients

　　 Answering phones

　　 Responding to email inquiries

　　 Dispatching customer inquiries to the proper person

　　 Preparing rental contracts and inspecting rentals with clients before they leave

　　 Inspecting rentals with clients when they return

　　 Calling clients when tags are in and have clients sign for tags

　　 Collecting payment from clients

　　 Making sure all rentals are clean and ready for client and sending rentals to the cleanup area

　　 Making sure that rental is returned with keys

　　 Check service history on rentals and have them serviced when they are due

　　 Monitoring and responding to all online chats

　　 Scan documents
