Responsibilities
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Handle incoming telephone calls
Receive and send written business correspondence Requirements - Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyNumeric data entry experience highly preferred
General familiarity with High-Volume Data Entry
Call Center Customer Service experience
Customer service software experience required
Demonstrated knowledge of data entry
Resolve Customer Service experience
Adeptness in Computer Data Entry
Practical knowledge of Perform Data Entry
Superior Customer Service experience preferred
Proficiency in customer service
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
1+ years of past relevant experience
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
