About Customer Quality Engineer

  What you'll do:

  El Ingeniero de Contacto al Cliente es responsable de mantener comunicación y atender a nuestros clientes externos, líder en el análisis de reclamos de cliente, confirmación de acciones efectivas en proceso por respuestas a quejas de cliente, gestionar retornos de piezas defectuosas/sospechosas para su análisis/disposición en planta o con el cliente, incluyendo los requisitos específicos del cliente.

  En este rol, usted:

  • Iniciar y dar seguimiento a los análisis de reclamos de cliente externos

  • Preparar presentaciones con datos de calidad para revisión interna y con los diferentes clientes.

  • Atender juntas recurrentes con clientes externos, manejo de información

  • Evaluar los análisis de reclamos de clientes, así como la efectividad de las acciones.

  • Confirmar y/o coordinar la contención del producto terminado defectuoso o sospechoso por reclamos de cliente (Interno y externo)

  • Comunicar problemas potenciales a los equipos de soporte por notificaciones de cliente

  • actualización continua de los portales de cliente de acuerdo con requerimientos

  • Participa y proporciona soporte relacionado con la administración del Sistema de calidad, objetivos, metas programas

  • Liderea análisis de problemas y mejoras aplicando herramientas de calidad como FMEA, 8Ds, Kaizen, etc.

  • Revisar / actualizar los procedimientos de su área al menos 1 ves al año.

  • Medir y comunicar el desarrollo de la calidad con los clientes y departamentos internos.

  • Promover la mejora continua de la calidad.

  • Participación en la generación de documentos del sistema de calidad.

  • Retroalimentación al cliente interno y externo.

  • Elaboración de KPIs de calidad para revisión gerencial.

  • Cumplir con los procedimientos e instrucciones de las normas de calidad y medio ambiente (las aplicables).

  Qualifications:

  Competencias requeridas:

  • Profesional.

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en entornos de fabricación de calidad. (Preferentemente contacto con clientes)

  Competencias básicas

  • Bilingüe (Ingles fluido)

  • Manejo de MS Office
