Customer CareOperations Specialist- Part Time This position reports to a CustomerCare Supervisor and is responsible for efficiently and accuratelyinputting and updating customer orders. Completes work in a professionalmanner by receiving, investigating, processing, and responding tocustomer order inquiries. The base hourly range for this role is \$18.00per hour This position is eligible for the School Specialty MilitarySpouse Program. Summary of Primary ResponsibilitiesReceives and processes paper, or electronic orders as well as bouncebackorders. Processes orders in accordance with department standards Analyzeorders to identify and troubleshoot item and/or pricing issues Resolvesorder errors or omissions through communicating to sales partners orcustomers directly via phone and/or e-mail. Ensuring customer data isaccurate and order is entered correctly. Exercises care within workenvironment to prevent injuries. Support and follow all company safetypolicies and procedures. Meets or exceeds department key performancemeasurements that include, service level, turnaround time, quality,adherence, and customer satisfaction Minimum Experience Requirements Oneto Three years customer order entry and/or keyboarding work experience.Preferred Knowledge and Skills Ability to key large volumes ofalpha/numeric data accurately. Ability to perform business mathcalculations. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Excellentwritten, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
