SignalPath CTMS Specialist
This role requires extensive experience building out the shell of Clinical Trial Management Systems within SignalPath
Job Description:
Looking to hire a remote full time individual to act as a Clinical Trial Management System Specialist to support a clinical research site with multiple ongoing clinical trials. The main job duties for this position will be building out and auditing SignalPath CTMS.
This CTMS Specialist must be very experienced in working in and building out the systems from scratch within SignalPath while working independently in a fast paced environment.
Please note, as the position and team progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description.
Responsibilities:
Building CTMS shell from start to finish for specific sites according to protocol
Review protocols to create calendars and put patient tracking, finances and budgeting into CTMS
Quality assurance of each CTMS to ensure system validation
Assist if needed on training individuals on SignalPath
Any additional efforts deemed necessary by each site
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience are required, must be able to build out the shell of CTMS SignalPath from scratch
Experience with calendar builds, financial builds, budget development and coverage analysis development
Quality assurance experience
Understanding of clinical trials
Detailed oriented
Tech savvy
Additional Details:
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to be extended
Schedule: Remote 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)
Pay range: $38-45 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
