About Glenmont Job Corps Center
The Glenmont Job Corps Center provides students with the opportunity to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), and hands-on training in the following areas: Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Administration Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Plumbing, Painting, Security and Protective Services, HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, and Building Construction Technology.

As the CSIO, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and goal-oriented atmosphere at Glenmont Job Corps. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote center standards and incentives programs, ensuring that our students remain motivated, engaged, and on track to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
Program Development:Collaborate with various departments to design and implement creative incentives programs that align with center standards and objectives.
Monitoring and Evaluation:Regularly assess the effectiveness of existing programs, gathering feedback, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Student Engagement:Act as a catalyst for student motivation, creating an environment that encourages participation, leadership, and a commitment to personal and academic growth.
Collaboration:Work closely with staff, instructors, and management to integrate incentives into the daily routines and activities of the center, ensuring a cohesive approach to student success.
Data Analysis:Utilize data and metrics to measure the impact of incentives on student performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum of one-year experience in Job Corps or related residential youth program required. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
