　　The Creative Team is responsible for providing innovative design solutions for various projects related to TikTok and Lemon8 across different regions worldwide. This person will contribute to the team by crafting engaging and persuasive writing that complements the visual design elements and effectively communicates the brand's message across different platforms and regions. This copywriter will also work closely with the local operation team, PMs, and designers to ensure that their messaging aligns with the creative direction and guidelines established by the team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Write compelling copy for social media apps that is consistent with our brand voice and tone

　　- Create stories and develop a personality for our mascot that resonates with our target audience

　　- Write clear and concise titles that capture the essence of our content

　　- Collaborate closely with creative designers to ensure that the copy and design are cohesive and effective

　　- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to create innovative and engaging copy

　　- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality

　　- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all copy is consistent across all channels and platforms

　　Qualifications

　　- 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in both in-house and agency settings

　　- Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, writing ability, and attention to detail

　　- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear and compelling copy

　　- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to write copy that resonates with our target audience

　　- Ability to work collaboratively with creative designers and cross-functional teams

　　- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

　　- Interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new ideas into your work

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $180000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
