Required Qualifications
Hold an Elementary Professional School Counselor (#172) endorsement from the BOEE, or be eligible to obtain
Possess effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Possess a general understanding of the learning process and specific knowledge of the unique physical, social, emotional, linguistic, and academic development of early and intermediate-age elementary school students.

Demonstrated passion for serving elementary school students
Demonstrated effectiveness in establishing and sustaining classroom and building environments that promote learning

Preferred Qualifications
Successful experience serving in an elementary school
Successful experience serving English Language Leaners (ELLs)
Successful experience implementing Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS)
Successful experience working in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
Successful experience integrating technology in the classroom
