　　· Support evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives as they arise

　　· Perform market research on our industry, adjacent spaces and relevant other companies

　　· Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output

　　· Support cross-functional teams (e.g. product BUs) to identify opportunities, and accelerate deal execution

　　Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing an MBA and on track to graduate between Dec 2024 - June 2025

　　· You have at least 2-3 years of experience before your MBA with a top investment bank, private equity, venture capital, or a similar role at a technology company (or equivalent)

　　· Ability to perform rigorous quantitative modeling and analysis, particularly financial modeling

　　· Effective communicator both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions

　　· Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker

　　· Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

　　· Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus

　　For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer an hourly pay of $53.13/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
