　　What You'll Do

　　Under the India Service Center directorate, the primary responsibility of the position is to manage employee relations and all life support services aligned to the V2X’s Other Country National (OCN) direct hires and ensure compliance thereof, all in accordance with the applicable Prime Contractual Terms and Conditions, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) clauses, Host Nation Laws and V2X’s policies and procedures. Secondary duties will include assisting with researching and analyzing market data for OCN labor rates and life support and participation in strategies related to make vs. buy decisions regarding labor commodities. The SPOS should have a good understanding of life support operations, Host Nation Laws, data research methodologies, Combatting Traffic in Person (CTIP) compliance guidelines, resource allocation, mentoring and performance assessments. The position requires very good communication skills, excellent leadership traits and the ability to function efficiently and effectively within a diverse team and a multi-cultural environment.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Responsible for all life support services to include, but not limited to, room assignment, soft pack issuance, submission and the tracking of work orders (cradle to grave), and employee welfare and morale.

　　Performs orientation and conducts sanitary, safety and CTIP inspections (with/without the customer) to ensure compliance with the lease agreement, the prime contractual terms and conditions and V2X’s policies and procedures.

　　Responsible for maintaining employee records, personal and business information, uniform/PPE and Vectrus property issuance, accountability, and the synchronization of domicile/work transportation to shift schedules.

　　Maintains inventory and generates purchase requests for commodity orders and/or stock replenishment.

　　Required to maintain any assigned India Service Center registers and compile inspection reports.

　　Responsible for providing, maintaining, and disseminating prudent, most current CTIP, Host Nation, Customer or V2X driven and/or any relevant external source of information to the OCN direct hires.

　　Acts as the intermediary between V2X personnel, leasing agent, all subcontractors, and India Service Center management.

　　Will be required to use a V2X Purchase Card and submit expense reports in compliance with the procurement policies and procedures.

　　Assists with self-performance research, labor rate analysis and life support activities to determine commodity, economic and visa/residency requirement trends.

　　Performs other duties and assignments as required.

　　Qualifications

　　Education: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

　　Bachelor’s degree in operations or human Resources or another related field is preferred.

　　Experience:

　　Minimum three (3) years’ experience working in an operational staffing environment or another related field.

　　Collaboration/Teamwork:

　　Must be able to effectively communicate in English, possess strong organizational and computer skills and be articulate.

　　Must be able to work under pressure, individually or in a team and be service oriented.

　　Other Requirements:

　　Valid Light Duty Qatar Driving License.

　　The position requires the ability to schedule work/shift timings between the assigned OCN accommodation, purchasing and/or the collection of commodities on the economy and administrative duties at the place of abode in a flexible/remote office type environment. Shift work and/or flexible working hours and/or overtime and/or assigned rest day rotation may be required. Subject environmental conditions activities can occur both inside and outside.

　　Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

　　Must be able to learn PowerApps and ICAMS work order systems.
