Onix is a 12-time 'Google Partner of the Year' award winner and a Google Cloud Managed Services Partner.Summary: Onix seeks an experienced Conversational AI Engineer who will be vital in designing and implementing AI solutions, including Dialogflow CX, CCAI Insights, CCAI Agent Assist, and integrations with third party telephony and CRM systems. As a CAI Engineer, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and technical teams to design conversational flows for voice and chat use cases.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client executives, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and translate them into robust cloud solutions. The candidate will have hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX.Location: RemotePrimary Responsibilities:You will lead clients in the architecture and design of Conversational AI solutionsHelp drive the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements, industry standards, and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives, enterprise and solution architects, cloud engineers, and other teams to understand requirements, use cases, and business objectives.Ensure quality, integrity, and governance standards are met throughout the engineering lifecycle.Stay current with the latest advancements in CAI and related technologies, evaluate their potential impact on the organization, and recommend relevant solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practicesHelp in hiring, training, and mentoring new engineers and architects on best practicesPartner with Delivery, and Support teams to find opportunities to reduce the manual effort needed to complete deployments.Qualifications & Skills.Consulting, Pre-sales or post-sales experience working with external clients across a variety of industry marketsUnderstanding customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles8+ years of experience demonstrating technical concepts, including demos, presenting and white-boarding5+ years of experience designing architectures within a public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)5+ years of experience with the core discipline of choice (listed above)Proficiency in conversational designExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their services (e.g., S3, BigQuery, etc).Solid understanding of CAI best practices and design principlesFamiliarity with contact center solutions and concepts, including call, chat, and SMS, call routing, etc.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationBilingual in Spanish or French is nice to haveEducation: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.Travel Expectation: Up to 10%It is the policy of Onix to ensure equal employment opportunity in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code 125.111 and all applicable federal regulations and guidelines
