Responsibilities:

Manage fund accounting, including financial statements, NAV calculations, investor reporting, and ensuring timely financial reports.

Manage capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, and partnerships with third-party service providers.

Implement processes to enhance efficiency and provide strategic guidance on fund structuring, cash flow, and financial strategy.

Collaborate with the investment team on funding, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.

Supervise tax filings, regulatory compliance, and quarterly performance reporting.

Lead the annual audit process and work with the CFO on finance department enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related

CPA preferred

6+ years of experience in investment funds such as private equity, private credit, or venture capital

Strong expertise in investment partnership accounting.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, confident, organized, and analytical.
