Job Description TheContracts Leader will manage the AM&R program from a regionalperspective with several customer locations across the region ensuringcustomer satisfaction and effective program management. You willsupervise and lead a team of professionals, such as Asset ManagementProfessionals, Reliability Professionals, Storeroom Professionals andPMA Specialists or any combination of the resources. Your will have theoverall responsibility for program performance, providing managementexperience to drive customer productivity, cost savings, streamlineprocesses, program efficiencies, program consistency and recommendprogram strategies for mutual gain. You will report directly to theregional Contracts Delivery Manager. and will be fully remote, workinganywhere in the United States. Your Responsibilities: Manage the growthof direct reports via career planning, employee training, andperformance evaluations. Identify and develop high potential candidates.Ensure that adequate, trained resources are available to meet thecontract demands in conjunction with the strategic plans and long-termgoals in the region. For each contract, work with the customer andembedded professional/s to create, review, and revise KPI\'s asrequired.Provide consistent communication and feedback to theappropriate teams as required, regarding process improvements, customerissues, opportunities, etc. Provide overall monthly report to ContractsDelivery Manager on program performance vs goals.Coach professionals tolook for and engage in opportunities to implement new LCS businessinitiatives. Partner with other regions to ensure resources are utilizedacross districts as needed to meet customer needs and achieve businessresults for LCS.Serve as a technical resource in the region.
