　　Why SENTINEL? The Sentinel Program is an enormous and highly complex "Mega-Project" modernizing the entire Minuteman III ICBM weapon system deployed over tens of thousands of square miles across five states. Without a doubt, Sentinel is one of the Department of Defense's (DoD's) most important acquisition efforts for the next decade, if not longer. It includes a complete refurbishment of hundreds of aging ICBM facilities to develop and deploy a newly designed, technologically advanced ballistic missile. The effort will also provide an entirely new command and control system as well as vast array of required support equipment specifically engineered to operate and sustain the new weapon system over the decades ahead. Sentinel is now beyond Milestone B, well on its way to Milestone C. The program enjoys broad, bi-partisan support at the national level. It is a long-term project -- the weapon system will deploy over a nine-year period beginning in approximately 2026, and remain operational through at least 2075. Sentinel is a career-defining program that will present unique and rewarding opportunities that simply are not available with smaller projects.

　　Description: The program manager will work with a highly skilled team while providing planning, scheduling and support to the government customer for major program integration & execution activities. Candidate will oversee different Data Management initiatives, monitor progress and ensure completion within deadlines. Candidate will provide Sentinel directorate support in the daily use of data systems and assist with data extraction and reports as needed. Candidate will operate in an organizational culture that develops and challenges employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced, high-morale workplace using streamlined management policies and procedures. You will provide contributions that will shape the development and deployment of the next generation intercontinental ballistic missile, the national security-critical backbone of our nuclear deterrent capability.

　　What are some of the day-to-day activities? Product lifecycle management, CM/DM and CDRL oversight, contract execution management, contractor incentives management, affordability and life cycle cost reduction, IPMDAR & control account reviews, PMRs, and government furnished property coordination, RFI and CRM resolution - to name a few

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　10 years relevant experience; 8 years with a master's degree.Understanding of data administration and management functions.Experience drafting, routing and interpreting Contracting Authority correspondence.Experience using Team Center.Experience working across multiple levels of network classifications and environments.

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Highly analytical and organized.Ability to align or realign deliverables with program needs/outcomes.Experience with CDRL management within a Digital Ecosystem.Knowledge of Mil-HDBK-61B, DoD 5010.12 and/or EIA-649-1 guiding principles.

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $100530 - $170910

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
