Description

　　The Communications PA role provides support to ROC1 leadership team in a variety of administrative tasks, primarily surrounding communication. The role will be responsible for maximizing and consolidating building communication under one role to provide organization and consistency for all our team members. The Communications PA will be critical to the success of building communications and inter-departmental communications between associates and leadership.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　The Communication PA’s will support the leadership team in developing, creating, implementing, and updating communication forms at ORF2. Daily responsibilities of the Communications PA will include but are not limited to:

　　Write, edit content and distribute all employee communication throughout the FC including: newsletters/GM Insights emails, Stand Up announcements, InSTALLments, communication boards, and “Acid Feed TVs”

　　Update communication boards and TVs throughout the FC

　　Plan and execute associate and community events in conjunction with the Associate Activities Committee and GMA

　　Act as a liaison with departments across the FC as necessary. Additional responsibilities as needed.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

　　Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

　　Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

　　Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Education beyond High School, and/or prior experience managing employees

　　Excellent interpersonal skills

　　Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills

　　Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of Amazon associates and management

　　Experience working with design systems (i.e. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

　　Leadership ability

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $54,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
