The Union County Sheriff's Office in Marysville, Ohio is accepting applications for full-time Communications Officers. Our agency is in Central Ohio, Northwest of Columbus Ohio, with a population of 64,971 (2021) and service area of 437 square miles. Applicants must possess a valid Ohio driver's license; have no felony convictions, and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. The compensation package includes a pay range of $26.53 - $31.75 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and experience. Benefits include dental, medical and vision insurance, as well as life insurance paid by the employer and two-weeks' vacation after one year of service with one week of vacation given after six months of employment from the date of hire. Residency requirements apply and newly hired employees are provided one year after date of hire to move into Union County or any adjoining county.
