　　We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join one of our rapidly growing clients in the Lenexa area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in collections or accounts receivable. The Collections Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Debt Recovery:

　　Contacting customers with outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, and letters.

　　Negotiating payment plans and settlements to recover overdue amounts.

　　Account Reconciliation:

　　Reviewing customer accounts and reconciling discrepancies.

　　Identifying and resolving billing issues to facilitate prompt payments.

　　Customer Communication:

　　Maintaining professional and effective communication with customers regarding their payment status.

　　Providing clear and concise information on outstanding balances and payment options.

　　Documentation:

　　Documenting all communication with customers, including payment agreements and any relevant information.

　　Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer accounts.

　　Reporting:

　　Generating regular reports on the status of accounts and outstanding debts.

　　Collaborating with management to analyze data and make informed decisions.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.

　　Proven track record of successfully recovering outstanding debts.

　　Strong negotiation and communication skills.

　　Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data.

　　Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection.

　　Proficiency in using collection software and MS Office Suite.
