This is a floater position for all properties Duties include: Cleaning apartments while they are being turned and also offices when no apartments are being turned. Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor Qualifications: Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is desirable Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors 35 to 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
