  Work Model: Hybrid

  Location: Troy, MI

  Pay Rate: $18 ($19.50 for Spanish Bilingual candidates OR right experience)

  Schedule: Monday – Friday

  Training Shifts: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

  Shift after training: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, OR 10:30 am – 7:00 pm (Must be open to either)

  Job Description:

  · Handle 40-50 inbound calls from customers pertaining to new homeowners claim or existing claims

  · Navigate between multiple internal systems to identify and offer customer solutions

  · Research through claim tools to assist customers and provide accurate information

  · Serve as a liaison between the company, homeowner, and the lender

  Qualifications:

  · 1-2 Years of Call Center Experience (Retail customer service will still be considered)

  · Ability to handle difficult customer service conversations

  · Efficient using a computer and navigating different software programs

  · Good verbal and written communication skills
