　　We are looking for an innovate licensed senior Civil Engineer who is interested in working on a variety of land development projects.

　　Engineers work on a wide range of engineering projects. Our team provide creative and innovative solutions to land development designs and permitting. 　　If you are the selected candidate for this position, you will be part of a technical team working in the land development, municipal and permitting consulting industry.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Site development engineering (including feasibility, drainage review and reporting, grading plans, pavement design)Oversee, direct and mentor junior staff membersPrepare proposals for new project workServe as a primary point of contact for client(s) and is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction to build larger portfolio of projects with those clientsHydrologic and Hydraulic modeling (e.g., ICPR, Storm CAD, MODRET, HECRAS)Design of storm water management systems, full site design, utility design, pumping systems, roadways/turn lanes and offsite improvements.Cost estimatingEngineering plans and specificationsStrong technical/qualitative writing abilityStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlinesDetail-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environmentPosition Requirements:

　　Have a BS or MS from an ABET accredited university in the field of Civil EngineeringA minimum of 10 years' experienceStrong water resources background/experienceFDOT experience is a plusA Florida PE license or the ability to obtain in 1 yearCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong work ethicAttention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-pace environmentAbout Client:
