　　  Pennoni is hiring!  In particular, we are looking for a CAD Technician to join our team on a full-time, direct basis at our office in Warrington, PA.  This person will be expected to contribute primarily to our Site/Civil projects by performing critical drafting functions.

　　 Primary Responsibilities:

　　Perform CAD Drafting while utilizing survey field data.Prepare Site/Civil drawings including grading, utility, and E&S plans.Prepare various forms of site/civil details & exhibits.Provide office support; this includes performing area, slope, and volume computations.Ensure scheduling and productivity objectives are achieved.Perform field work on an as-needed basis; this includes observing construction and assisting Surveyors.Assist the Traffic department and Environmental team, when necessary.Additional duties may be assigned, as needed.* *

　　Basic Requirements:

　　High School Diploma (or equivalent).5+ years of professional experience working in Civil Design and/or Civil Drafting.* *

　　This person may be expected to work in the field, as-needed, so they will be required to possess a Valid Driver's License.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, or a related technical field of study is a plus!Proficiency with engineering / CADD tools; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus!Proficiency on standard Microsoft Office software applications.Proven ability to perform and engage in physically-demanding work, especially manual labor in a field-based capacity.Proven ability to utilize technical mathematics.Proven ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.Proven ability to work in a self-motivated manner while effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple assignments.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); proven active-listening skills is a plus!
