Job Responsibilities:
Assembly (85% of time)
Proper assembly of Custom Solutions products from 3-D Models and shop drawings
Complete fabrication work per project requirements
Obtain and maintain advanced (ex. welding and weld examiner) certifications as required
Perform quality inspections on assemblies to ensure accuracy, form, fit, and function per project requirements
Fabricate, package, and test hoses
Other Duties (15% of time)
Assist in warehouse operations when workload requirements dictate
Perform preventative maintenance on CS tools and equipment per manufactures' recommendations
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform all other duties as assigned

Accurate assembly of fluid systems per project specifications and drawings
Obtain and maintain all required certification levels
No evidence of major nonconformance's
