　　How you will make an impact:

　　Seeking an Sr AR accountant who will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers transactional excellence related to Accounts Receivable.

　　They will support up to 10 team members directly, and they will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as Customers, Commercial & Commercial Finance Team, Product Management, Accounting, Rebate Teams, Compliance & Audit. The focus is on driving day to day collections activities to achieve collection efficiency, percent past due, DSO and bad debt goals. They will be a subject matter expert in this role.

　　What you will do:

　　Responsible for reconciliation of AR statement with regional clientsImplement the credit policy and procedure, achieve the performance target of collection rateMaintain the good relationship with our regional clientsdo some special AR statement or service required by KA clientsControl the credit risk of regional accounts负责南方及香港500家左右客户的收款及核销工作，通过电话/邮件/等方式和客户沟通，让客户回款，达到公司下达的各项回款指标。

　　Education

　　Bachelor's Degree with major in Accounting/Finance related area

　　Experience

　　Proven experience and capability to handle collections with different customers above 3 years

　　Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

　　good communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills to achieve the target and to build relationship with all parties

　　Can work under high pressure

　　Good data analysis background

　　Familiar with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power point etc.)

　　Have cross functional experience

　　A good team worker

　　Good personality and be proactive
