　　Job Summary

　　Chief Financial Officer for $2 billion contract food service business based in North America. FLIK has 16,000 employees that serve reputed business & industry clients, independent schools, conference centers and airport lounges across the United States. This position will be based in Ryebrook, NY and will report to the CEO of FLIK, with dotted line reporting to the CFO of Compass Business & Industry division.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Contribute to the FLIK strategy and planning with emphasis on sustaining robust growth

　　Primary responsibility for financial management of $2 billion Sector

　　Lead a team of 75 finance professionals across the organization

　　Evaluate new business, manage contracting and support and participate in client negotiations across the disparate divisions within FLIK

　　Work closely with FLIK’s executive team on innovation projects, strategic planning and long-term investments to maintain revenue growth, sustain margin profile and manage working capital

　　Liaison with Compass NA Leadership on financial reporting, budgeting, technology projects and safety initiatives

　　Maintain strong focus on Corporate Governance and Compliance

　　Evaluate acquisition proposals and drive acquisition due diligence (as and when needed). Key stakeholder in acquisition integration on the back-end

　　Drive strategic initiatives depending on business needs e.g. loss prevention, model market, etc.

　　Continually enhance internal financial reporting and drive business process review to drive efficiency

　　Support and advise the CEO

　　Continually challenge the status quo and look to add value

　　Qualifications:

　　10+ Years of Senior Financial Management experience preferred

　　Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus

　　CPA or equivalent accounting certification required

　　Prior experience as senior financial leader within similar industry for multi-site business with revenue in excess of $1 billion

　　Food service industry knowledge and experience would be an advantage

　　Public accounting background a plus

　　Extensive experience with large transactions (Business Development & Contract Negotiation)

　　Strong negotiation, communication and analysis skills required

　　Hands on experience with process improvement methodologies, project management and change management strongly preferred.

　　Travel throughout the US required (20%)

　　Strong interpersonal, influencing and team building skills.
