About Caregiver

　　The Home Health Caregiver is responsible for providing person care related services to clients in their homes, in accordance with an established care plan and federal, state and local guidelines.  Openings available in Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Personal CareLight HousekeepingTransportation/ErrandsMedication RemindersQualifications

　　Must be 18 years of age or older with access to reliable transportationMust possess excellent customer service skills, a flexible and cooperative attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a teamExperience with direct patient care in an institutional or home care setting, preferredOperate in a self-directed manner with the ability to work with little supervisionInterested applicants should click "Apply Now", then follow the Employer's Instructions.
