  The Digital Marketing, Media & dCommerce Team is responsible for a consistent and end-to-end consumer experience across all touchpoints - a fully integrated team that sets the business up to take full advantage of the growth opportunities offered by the convergence of media, digital marketing, and dCommerce. In the spirit of business growth, DMC focuses on category expertise, developing and executing winning category-specific strategies.   WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  *This role drives Performance Marketing agenda in on-retailer and off-retailer platforms working closely with Brand CBD and CSP teams, unlocking performance and value within the JBPs.

  *Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals

  *Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels & manage ROAS

  *Integrating retail media plans and build retail media capabilities for conversion by leveraging search, display and performance media.

  *Optimization of retail media campaigns in real time and create search parameters across the retailer platforms.

  *Leading performance marketing investments in accordance with targeted revenue. Activating the retailer calendar and creating a comprehensive activation plan for the entire year.

  *Being in touch with e-retailers to create synergy and bond & activation of retailer usages.

  WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  Experiences & Qualifications

  3 years in digital marketing

  Experience in ecom, dcom

  An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders, peers and reports (conversational and presentational)

  Skills

  E-commerce, marketing communications, mobile marketing, data driven marketing, media strategy & planning, consumer insight, digital curiosity, budget management.
