This full-time role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to Country Business Leaders (CBL) for smooth business operations. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible combination of remote and in-office work to accommodate various preferences and needs.

Main responsibilities will include:
Efficiently manage diaries of Country Business LeadersTake charge of organizing business meetings, ensuring seamless execution.Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for senior leaders, coordinate expense report management.Assist in preparing documents for internal and external requirements.Support CBLs in various projects as needed.Offer ad hoc administrative support as required.
About you:
Educated to degree level or equivalent with prior experience in providing PA and administrative support.Possess a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, handle confidential information with professionalism.Demonstrate high-level planning and organizational skills, excel in demanding situations, prioritize tasks effectively.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.Support a positive and flexible company culture, building relationships based on trust and discretion.
