　　For our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Air Insulated Switchgear Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchboards Lead Factory in Gebze, we are searching for the Business Excellence Specialist.

　　Reporting to Head of Operational Excellence, this role will manage Business Excellence projects and programs with internal and/or external resources according to the respective Business Excellence methods and guidelines, incl. project set-up, execution, controlling and communication.

　　What part will you play?

　　• Define and ensure successful implementation of Operations strategies (Hoshin Kanri).

　　• Monitor and follow-up the Operations targets and milestones with key performance indicators.

　　• Plan and initiate benchmarking activities and self-assessments of organizational unit's operational performance.

　　• Support the management in the application of Benchmarking.

　　• Contribute to the analysis, development, and implementation of performance management and scorecard systems.

　　• Identify improvement areas and support coordinated target setting across functions/departments.

　　• Lead the business excellence activities to continuously improve operation performance in the defined area of responsibility.

　　• Lead multiple projects at a given time, ensuring adherence to process, monitor progress, and direct implementation to successful conclusion.

　　• Drive and coordinate the guidelines and procedures related to Idea Management System (3i).

　　• Contribute to the realization of daily targets and keep on track for Asakai meetings.

　　• Drive success & fail story processes across the operation.

　　What you need to make real what matters.

　　• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering

　　• Minimum 3 years of work experience in production related business, preferably as Process / Method / Manufacturing Engineer or with similar responsibilities.

　　• Knowledge and hands on experience of 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

　　• Very good project management skills and ability to work iteratively in a fast-paced environment.

　　• Leadership skills and the ability to drive the change management in the organization and motivate others to meet deadlines.

　　• A self-starter with the ability to drive ideas from concept to completion.

　　• Positive attitude, Creative, Dependable, Ambitious, Growth mindset.

　　• Ability to work well in a team environment with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

　　• Strong decision making skills & result driven approach.

　　• Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish.
