　　CACI is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program.

　　On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

　　What You’ll Get to Do:

　　You will be responsible for supporting the production of documentation and reports from program systems.

　　Ensure that deliverables meet technical specifications

　　Facilitate requirements gathering

　　Support the translation of requirements into technical specifications

　　Technical awareness and ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

　　Provide support technical writers

　　Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via emails, chat, and collaboration tools

　　Acquire and maintain knowledge of updated supported technologies to ensure accurate solutions to customers

　　Ability to learn new concepts very quickly

　　Excellent written and verbal communication

　　High level of performance with strong multitasking abilities

　　Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality – The environment is highly dynamic

　　Ability to organize and plan work independently

　　Communicate effectively and collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peers

　　You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

　　Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

　　Rising college junior or senior, expected graduation 2024-2026

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　The ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text.

　　Demonstrated excellent writing and grammar skills

　　The ability to work independently and meet deadlines

　　Experience working in a DoD environment

　　Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
