　　Looking for an exciting career in biosecurity that provides essential support to one of the largest family-owned pork producers in the United States? Christensen Farms is hiring Sanitation Technicians. These opportunities are full-time, benefit earning positions.

　　Description:

　　Ensure all trucks and trailers are washed in a timely manner in accordance with all biosecurity procedures and guidelines. Involves working in wet conditions while bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting and climbing in and out of trailers repeatedly.

　　Duties:

　　Proper cleaning and disinfecting of livestock trailers

　　Cleaning of pits and wash bays

　　Washing of clothes and towels

　　Communicate effectively with the Truck Wash Supervisor and other Wash and dry bay Staff

　　Follow all wash Standard Operating Procedures

　　Perform light duty maintenance as needed

　　Inform Truck Wash Supervisor of equipment issues

　　Suggest, plan, and implement Standard Operating Procedures

　　Assist in providing a safe work environment

　　Provide feedback to Truck Wash Supervisor

　　Assist Truck Wash Supervisor in ordering supplies to maintain appropriate inventory

　　Care and maintenance of equipment

　　Qualifications:

　　Position requires a minimum lifting ability of 50 lbs. Ideal candidates will be dependable, able to learn new tasks and follow directions, and work with minimal supervision. Position requires strong attention to detail.

　　Schedule:

　　Full time - Day time hours with occasional overtime.
