Flexible Work Schedule:Opportunity for Hybrid schedule after training; Summer Hours AvailableMemorial Day through Labor Day (half day Fridays) Responsibilities: *Business partnering with commercial team to drive growth andprofitability * Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levelsof the organization to provide meaningful financial and businessanalysis that leads to actionable insights, recommendations, andcontingencies to maximize the performance of the business. * Financialreporting and analysis * Provide leadership and oversight for Retailperformance reporting, profitability analysis, and month-end processes.* Work with the Retail team to deliver the annual operating plan andmonthly operational forecasts by leveraging Integrated BusinessPlanning - a monthly planning process that extends the entire valuechain of a business. * Work with the Retail Commercial Finance Managerto promote business acumen with an ability to critically evaluatebusiness opportunities; have the skills to simplify communication of keyinsights and a passion to be a catalyst in driving value. * Developfinancial models and analyses that help sales and marketing betterunderstand their business from a financial perspective and makedecisions on pricing, promotions, and products.
