Nexeo HR is seeking a Brake Press Operator for a great company in the Smithfield,Utah area. In this position,you will play a vital role in our sheet metal fabrication team. We are actively seeking skilled individuals with experience on an Amada RG,FDB,HG or EG series press brake,but we are also open to candidates with other fabrication backgrounds. If you have worked with sheet metal through HVAC or possess laser experience,you are encouraged to apply as well.

　　Responsibilities

　　   Skillfully utilize Amada Press Brakes such as NC9-EX,8020 NC,and/or HG 8025 to produce precision bends on sheet metal parts.

　　   Set up appropriate tooling for each part,determine the bending procedure,and run parts efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.

　　   Use squares,calipers,flat blocks,and other measurement tools to ensure bend tolerance and consistently deliver top-quality finished products.

　　   Collaborate with engineers and shift management,providing valuable feedback on part-related issues or procedural improvements to enhance production efficiency.

　　Qualifications

　　   Excellent verbal and written communication skills,along with the ability to interpret and complete written forms for internal work processes.

　　   Demonstrate commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment,including regular personal hygiene practices.

　　   Exhibit a strong sense of ethics and integrity,ensuring work is conducted with honesty and transparency.

　　   Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and efficiently handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

　　$17.00-$25.00 Per Hour

　　Schedule

　　8:00am-4:30pm | Monday Friday
