　　Your role:

　　In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

　　Required:

　　• Experience in implementing/supporting JDA Programs

　　• Strong Architect mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills

　　• Ability to perform solution design

　　• Strong conceptual understanding in the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization

　　• Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable

　　• Have Good Knowledge on ESO Architecture to Provide best possible design to the customer.

　　• Have Good Knowledge on ESO Tool.

　　• Participated in Gathering Business requirements.Performing fit gap analysis.Leading functional design approval process.Preparing and reviewing documentation . • Have Good Knowledge on RCCP(Rough cut capacity planning),PE(Planning Engine),OPTION solvers.

　　• Have experience on creation of measure,Attributes,Layouts,FE Pages,custom process .

　　• Have experience on Approval workflow.

　　• Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements and overall Implementation Landscape

　　• Ability to perform High Level solution design aligned with the requirements

　　• Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements

　　• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers and drive the solution till go live liaising with the key stakeholders.

　　• GAP assessment in DP8 Requirements and feasibility/infeasibility clearly articulated to Clients.

　　• Understanding in configuring and customizing JDA Demand Planning ,ESP, Fulfillment, IO, S&OP

　　• Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures

　　• Prior experience with configuration & development with JDA Demand Planning ,ESO, Fulfillment, IO, EP

　　• Preparing/Reviewing Solution/Functional Design/Detailed Design specs

　　• Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve DP queries or clarifications

　　• Strong conceptual understanding in the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization

　　• Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills

　　• Strong Communicator and has Onsite experience.

　　• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

　　• Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships.

　　• Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage

　　Preferred:

　　• Experience with Windows/Unix environment

　　• Experience in Pl/sql programming

　　• Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures

　　• Strong conceptual understanding in the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization

　　• Good Knowledge on JDA Demand Planning ,ESO, Fulfillment, IO, EP.

　　• Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills

　　• Strong Communicator and has Onsite experience.

　　• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

　　• Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships.

　　• Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage

　　• Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills

　　• Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable

　　• Prior JDA Demand Planning and Fulfillment implementation experience in the Semiconductor domain would be an added advantage
