We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization while effectively communicating with candidates in both English and [second language]. Your ability to engage with candidates fluently in both languages will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to both English and Spanish speaking candidates.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract and engage bilingual candidates.

Conduct initial screenings of candidates in both English and Spanish to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with bilingual candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.

Provide language support during interviews and assessments to ensure candidates' proficiency in both languages meets job requirements.

Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback in their preferred language.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed, verifying candidate credentials and employment history in both languages.

Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process for bilingual candidates, ensuring all documentation is accurately translated and completed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases, documenting all communication and interactions in both languages.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to bilingual recruitment and employment.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions while engaging with bilingual candidates.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques for bilingual candidates.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in both languages.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms, to engage bilingual candidates.
