　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

　　You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries

　　Will be the SME for Data, Cognitive, Analytics, AI, IoT, Automation and other Exponential technology business and own Data & Technology Transformation (DTT) utilization target

　　Build engagement and delivery capabilities of data value transformation program in the organization;

　　Manage and own relationship with C-level client executives for data related engagement or projects;

　　Scope and deliver solutions with the ability to design solutions independently based on high-level architecture

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　15-20 years experience of data related consulting services;

　　Strong value based consulting sales capabilities

　　Proven record of managing $10M+ consulting service business annually;

　　Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation from data value perspective. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-level executives;

　　Familiar with the AI Ladder and will also act as an SME for Data and AI

　　Relevant work experience in leading and delivering Data & Analytics solutions.

　　Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience as Solutions Architect in Data & Analytics solutions. Prior work experience in a Consulting/SI organization will be an advantage.

　　Proficient in predictive analytics, modelling and business intelligence with high-performance computing techniques based on statistical software, open-source platforms and BI tools

　　A keen learner who is able to adapt to evolving situations and a dynamic business landscape.
