Summary
IT Solutions Engineer /Analyst I/II (B2B/EDI Support Specialist) - Responsible for software and hardware product delivery and performance for all application spaces including next generation technology such as cloud engineering and mobile applications.
What you will be responsible for:
Setup and test new B2B file transfers in different environments
Work with security team to grant access to individuals and system accounts
Setup new SFTP sites for new B2B file transfers
Perform support responsibilities following standard operations processes
Support configuration changes like password resets, certificate renewals, PGP keys, etc.
Monitor and fix file transfer errors
Support testing activities
Strong dedication to provide quality customer service
Effective problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Requires strong technical knowledge within a job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areas.Required Experience: 4-5 years of experience with:
FTP protocols/technologies - FTPS, SFTP, PGP encryption
Setting up and managing FTP sites in IIS (Internet Information Server), VShell
Supported centralized EDI file transfers and B2B/FTP transfers
Supported and managed critical file transfers (exchanged files with banks/financial trading partners)
Understands EDI standards - VAN, AS2, X12 standard documents - 810, 820, 850, 997
Understands data security, privacy and controls related to B2B file transfers
Programming: Java, .Net, Windows operating system scripts, SQL
Experience working with multiple teams
Major Accountabilities 4-5 years’ Experience in: md5-4992c85f3b8253e4c6c16c5ff307c908Nuclear requirement: Any PVNGS employee may be called upon to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and will be expected to fulfill their obligation as an ERO member.
Any PVNGS employee may be called upon to support a refueling or short-notice outage. This includes line roles and responsibilities as necessary to execute outage activities. These are a condition of employment at PVNGS.

Flex Role:
This position is not required to be performed at a specific APS facility as long as adequate technology and a solid ergonomic set up are present. Pending agreement with leadership, employees hired into this role will be able to choose where they prefer to perform their work. Employees will have two options to choose from:
APS office based: The employee prefers to work most of the time from an APS facility.
Home based: The employee prefers to work most of the time from his/her home.
*Employees in Flex roles are required to reside in Arizona (or NM for Four Corners-based employees). Role types are subject to change based on business need.
