　　Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or economics, Master's Degree preferredCertified Product Manager strongly desired - we follow the Pragmatic methodology and frameworkMin of 12 years of proven experience in a progressive leadership role within a SaaS organization within product management, preferably in the life insurance industry.Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting capabilities.Decisive - able to make quick decisions based on the information at handAbility to set focused priorities that deliver on our corporate vision and strategiesDemonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing product management teams.Have strong process skills - designing processes and holding those around you accountableExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
