Pike County Auto Repair shop is looking for a full-time mechanic. Should have some computer experience for parts ordering, diagnosis and pollution tuning. Work duties involve brake repair, alignments, exhaust work, tuneups and related duties. Must be available to work Monday to Friday as scheduled. Must have valid Pa drivers license. Auto Tech should have own tools. Pay listed may be negotiable depending on skill and experience. Will diagnose, repair, replace or refurbish ignition, fuel system, brake system, shocks, exhaust, electrical system including starter, alternator, battery, lights and turn signals. May change tires, batteries, wiring, plugs, injectors, electrical controls/switches and related operational hardware. Will test repairs upon completion. Will use manuals, technical repair bulletins and computerized instructions to accomplish jobs. Diesel knowledge is helpful. ASE certified is helpful. Will train to some extent.
