The Forvis Mazars audit team provides assurance services that go beyond thecompliance function. This team brings credibility to our client's financialpicture, communicates information objectively and clearly, and providesinsight to help clients improve their businesses. As an Audit Manager, youwill be responsible for providing unmatched client service while managingaudit engagements, and working with associates, the engagement partner,and the client.This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with strongattention to detail, sensitivity to deadlines, and leadership andmanagement capabilities. Dedication to client service is essential,including consistent positive interactions with clients and demonstratingeffective communication and people skills. The successful candidate will be anindependent worker with excellent project and time management skills.How you will contribute:
Effectively identify and evaluate audit risk, plan engagements and executethe designed audit plan to ensure audit engagements are completed withdefendable files and documentation
Effectively review engagement work papers prepared by the audit team in atimely and professional manner
Manage the implementation of new and emerging accounting standards
Provide clients with subject-matter expertise in the areas of GenerallyAccepted Accounting Principles and Industry Accounting Practices
Demonstrate effective professional writing and communication skills throughdrafting and reviewing client deliverables
Effectively manage concurrent engagements to meet deadlines without client andteam disruption
Manage client relationships and engagement fundamentals (e.g.,realization, billing, utilization, leverage)
Communicate frequently with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring thatappropriate parties remain informed and involved in project developments andconclusions
Develop a network of clients and industry resources and deploy marketingtechniques to contribute to the growth of the team.
Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
Complete CPE specific to the nonprofit and public sector industries and GAGASrequirementsWe are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
