  Job Description:

  In this role, you will support one of the biggest monitoring platforms that supports IT operations for network, collaboration, data center, and security operations. This service provides proactive management, monitoring and optimization of the infrastructure and processes to reduce costly inefficiencies maximize system availability and improve security and compliance. You will work with delivery teams within Customer Experience and partners to provide services. In the role of an Incident associate you responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and resolution of high priority incidents!

  Key Responsibilities:

  This role will support a 24x7 work environment supporting network infrastructure and software. This position requires a task oriented individual who can multitask on problems varying in complexity and difficulty.

  You will have the opportunity to handle the best network management architecture, this can include administration of an automating tasks.

  Ability to work through pressure in high priority and complex situations and outages. Ability to run and lead priority situations and incidents with calmness and urgency and drive to resolution.

  Have an approach to learn, build and expand new or existing ideas and tool sets. This includes reviewing existing customer stacks for errors, inefficiencies and having ideas to improve and automate them.

  You enjoy diagnosing and solving problems related to the operating system, hardware, network, and related software.

  Working with team in evolving application infrastructure architecture and make recommendations for improvements.

  Required Skills:

  Hands on Network Infrastructure support experience

  Proficient with tools such as: ServiceNow, Splunk, SL1, among other Cisco technologies

  Proficiency on NM Architecture.
