As an Associate Manager for Accessibility Testing team you will be working together with some of the most highly skilled Software Engineers, Product Owners in the software development business to create incredibly high quality software for our customers.

　　In this role you will...

　　Work in an innovative agile software development environment as associate manager to lead the team of specialized accessibility testers ensuring the accessibility compliance of the different CSOD products. Hands-on work in conducting in-depth Section 508/WCAG compliance assessments via manual reviews and using automated test tools and assistive technologies. Create bug reports for the testing conducted and log the issues in bug tracking tool like JIRA. Review Section 508/WCAG compliance defects reported by the Customers with developers and Product Managers and discuss possible resolutions. Work closely with the product scrum teams- Developers, functional testers, accessibility testers and Product Owners to ensure the Accessibility compliance of different products. Provide the feedback on how to improve the internal processes to attain the accessibility compliance, provide necessary support, guidance, training or documentations. Manage the execution of the testing on different products , provide the status reports to the leadership, track it for closure.

　　You've got what it takes if you have...

　　B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in accessibility testing in web application & native app. Must have knowledge about WCAG guidelines, VPAT, Accessibility Audits and latest tools and trends in the accessibility space. Experience in testing with screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and Talk back. Experience with document accessibility like PDF, Word, PowerPoint. Proactive, and highly motivated, passionate about Accessibility, ready to lead the team. Excellent communication skills. Must have knowledge of agile methodology. Must have knowledge of HTML & CSS Experience with Bug Tracking and Test Management tools like Jira, Test Link desirable.
