Audubon is currently seeking anAsset Integrity and Corrosion Engineertojoin our team in our Tulsa, OK Office.The Asset Integrity and CorrosionEngineer works with the Integrity and Corrosion Team in day-to-dayoperations with projects that may include but are not limited tocathodic protection, internal corrosion, AC/DC interference, andatmospheric corrosion.
This position requires excellent communication skills, solidunderstanding and working knowledge of operating conditions and pipelinesafety, excellent computer skills and high attention to detail. Theability to work independently and in a team environment with co-workers,supervisors, and customers is critical to the success of this position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Areas of Responsibility will include:
Support AFS Field Technicians on pipeline integrity and corrosionprojects and field gathering.Responsible for reports, including data analysis, andrecommendations.Adhere to AFS and/or client field operations procedures.Work with Project Management Team to ensure timely coordination offield projects.Ensure field work and data meet client specifications andcommunicate accordingly.Prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently.EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,skill, and/or ability required for the position:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS) in Pipeline Integrity orCorrosion will be considered.Understanding of pipeline integrity and corrosion mechanisms.Candidate preference Cathodic Protection Technician (CP2) or higher.Proficient computer skill in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.At least 50% of time office setting.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
