Title: Assembly Worker
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00am to 2:40pm
Pay Rate: $19.25
Job Summary: Join our team as an Assembly Worker and contribute to the team's mission by executing operational tasks with an adherence to rules and regulations. As a team member, you'll play a crucial role in reaching team targets, performing operator maintenance tasks, and supporting team activities.
Principal Responsibilities:
Execute operational tasks within the team with a QDFIPS-mindset and compliance with rules and instructions.
Contribute to team targets through action generation, acting as a contact person, and participating in non-operational activities.
Perform operator maintenance tasks within the team.
Support team activities and foster good internal and external communication.
Increase your competence to enhance and continuously improve your activities.
Share your expertise within the team.
Contribute to a positive work environment.
Support new activities, improvements, and reorganizations
Job Specifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Physical ability to lift and move up to 15kg (33lbs), stand for extended periods, bend, squat, or kneel.
Availability to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications or work instructions.
