　　Asia Export Labs (AEL) covers 6 prescription labs in Thailand, India and China, serving 45 Million lenses per year in 50 different countries worldwide. The AEL Senior DC planner will manage import from suppliers in line with AEL needs in order to optimize inventory level.

　　Your day in the AEL Supply Chain team

　　Inventory control

　　Compute safety stock, Target stock for Semi Finish and Finished Single Vision

　　Monitor, control and improve inventory balancing to minimize obsolescence and ensure stock availability for production

　　Analyze the root cause and action plan to prevent from stock out

　　Depending on organization, focusing the daily operation part of SF/FSV and meeting of the corresponding lab

　　Compute provision

　　Supplier management

　　Follow up replenishment with suppliers

　　Ensure compliance of all import of lenses in Thailand with suppliers & customer service

　　Demand management

　　Analyze purchase forecast, and anticipate possible service issues with suppliers

　　Validate distribution keys for Semi Finish and Finished Single Vision

　　Coordinate with Key Account and Demand team to ensure Semi Finish and Finished Single Vision are available in time of requirement

　　People management

　　Supervise planner and provide necessary training/ coaching/ mentoring for effectiveness and efficiency

　　Collaborative result-oriented professional

　　Delivering successful metrics with solutions for operational efficiency

　　System

　　Participate in system projects, and take the roles of operational system user

　　Set up and maintain DRP system run on time

　　Must have

　　Min Bachelor degree in Logistics, Statistics, Engineering or any related field

　　At least 3-5 years of experience in Logistics

　　Strong in Inventory management / Planning

　　Good analytical skills & problem solving

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Expert in MS Applications (Microsoft office, Oracle), especially MS Excel

　　Good English communication both written and spoken
